JAKARTA: PT Sentul City Tbk eyed IDR1 trillion revenues in 2013, up 66.6% compared with last year’s target of IDR600 billion in line with the project’s prospect which will be launched next year.
Sentul City Corporate Communication Manager Nidia Ichsan said the proposed project will be contributed by residential projects, but the company will also launch other project such as Pertamina Hospital.
“In addition, there will be other projects such as the Savannah Hotel, Ecopark and Floating Market,” he said, Thursday (11/8).
Ichsan explained the company is still reviewing the net profit target so that it could not be disclosed.
In addition, the company will also build an apartment in Sentul City namely Sentul Tower Apartment.
Nidia explained the apartment has 12.9 hectares area with 3-4 towers. In addition, the company will also build 106 units of commercial area on the apartment estate.
He said the apartments will be sold at IDR200 million to IDR400 million. During January – September 2012 period, the BKSL-coded company posted a net profit of IDR180.99 billion, increased if compared with the same period last year worth IDR120.21 billion.
The growth was driven by 88.33% higher revenues to IDR545.29 billion from IDR289.54 billion. The company’s largest sales contribution was contributed by ready-to-build land, housing, and shophouses.
In line with revenue, the cost of revenue increased by 93.56% to IDR253.10 billion from IDR130.76 billion.
On the other hand, Sentul City’s total assets increased 11.13% to IDR5.89 trillion from IDR5.29 trillion. (Ringkang Gumiwang) (T07/msw)
